Most Sideline Shoppe pieces are made to order, which means your item is produced especially for you rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf. Because production times vary by product, each item has its own estimated delivery window.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–20 days, depending on the item. You’ll find the estimated delivery window for each piece directly on its product page.

Planning for a game, trip, event, or gift? We recommend ordering with a little extra time when you can. We want your Sideline piece there before the plans begin.

Orders With Multiple Items

If your order includes more than one item, pieces may be produced and shipped separately. That means your order may arrive in more than one package or on different days.

No need to worry if everything doesn’t arrive together. You’ll receive tracking details as each shipment makes its way to you.

Tracking

Once an item ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information. Carrier tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after your shipment has been processed.

A Note on Delivery Windows

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally, weather, carrier delays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control may affect timing.

We’ll always do our part to get your order on its way as smoothly as possible.

Address Changes

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Because made-to-order pieces can move into production quickly, we may not be able to update or redirect an order once production has begun.
